Cancellation Policy

Anco Dance Rental Policy Thank you for considering Anco Dance for your event needs. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, we have established the following rental policies: Footwear Policy: No outside shoes are allowed in our dance studio. Please bring indoor shoes or dance shoes to wear during your rental period. Alcohol and Smoking Policy: Anco Dance is a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment. Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises. Rental Rates: Big Room Rental: $40/hr. Small Room Rental: $15/hr. The rental duration starts from the agreed-upon start time and concludes at the agreed-upon end time. Cleaning Deposit: A cleaning deposit of $100 is required for any party event held at Anco Dance. This deposit is refundable, provided that the premises are left in the same condition as they were found, with no damages or excessive mess. Booking Process: To book a rental, please contact our administration team at least 24 hrs in advance to check availability and make arrangements. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the rental period begins. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with in 2 weeks advance, or more prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Conduct: Renters and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by Anco Dance staff may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Liability: Anco Dance is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by renters or their guests. Renters assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained by themselves or their guests during the rental period. Compliance: Renters are expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations while on the premises of Anco Dance.
